Perfect for family with kids

The gym was decent, but the pool area was a disaster. My wife and I took the kids to the spa, which was just a mess, wet floors everywhere , and nobody around to keep it safe.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but for a family getaway, it was still fine.

Spa was relaxing, but the check-in process was slow due to staffing.

The hotel is a family-friendly gem with a fantastic kids' club that was enjoyable for my children. The staff was attentive to our special needs son's autism support dog. The spacious Beautiful King Room had a beautiful forest view, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could improve the breakfast variety for kids. Offering more options beyond standard fare would elevate the experience for families.

Wonderful family getaway with engaging activities.

The stay was quite pleasant overall. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a lovely view of the lake that made mornings delightful. The food was excellent across various dining options, particularly at the Summer cafe, where service was top-notch. However, I found the check-in process a bit slow due to limited staff, which was frustrating. While the location is great with beautiful nature around, the communication from the reception staff could be improved.

I had an amazing time during my stay, enjoying the stunning lake views that complemented my every stroll and also the excellent dining options available, with delicious food at the Silk Way and the lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the lake, making my meals unforgettable.

The hotel has a fantastic spa area, beautiful rooms with lakeside views, and great outdoor activities like kayaking and mini-golf. I especially enjoyed the amazing food and atmosphere at the Chalet Restaurant—Alibi's service was great even with language barriers!

The Junior King Suite with Lake View was splendid, and I loved the delicious brunch at the Summer Cafe where the service was top-notch! I spent my afternoons relaxing by the beach and enjoying the spa. The weather was just perfect. Just a heads-up, the restaurant can get a bit busy during meal times, but it’s definitely worth it! 😄

I loved the elegant decor and tranquil views of Lake Shchuchinsk, which made the atmosphere peaceful and inviting. The beautifully designed public areas were easily accessible for seniors, allowing me to explore comfortably throughout my stay.

i had a fantastic stay at rixos! the deluxe twin room with a lake view was gorgeous. the breakfast buffet was lovely, and the outdoor seating was a perfect spot to relax. the hotel's private beaches were a real highlight for swimming without crowds. the indoor pool was also great! it was so nice just to unwind here during the week.

It was just an optimal selection for a date night in Shchuchinsk with reasonable price. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options that really started our day off right. For a quieter experience, try visiting during the week when it might be less crowded.
